[Bug 1294909] [NEW] [Dell Inc. Inspiron 1525] suspend/resume failure [non-free: wl]

Black screen upon opening the lid to the laptop.

I have updated my bios to A17 (Latest Release) and have tried mainline
kernel. Mainline kernel breaks Wi-Fi while generic doesn't. Neither
kernel or Bios update resolved issue.
