[Bug 1296916] Re: [ASUSTeK Computer Inc. K50IN] suspend/resume failure [non-free: nvidia]

I am using Fallback , but the following applies to Regular Unity Login
too,

After Today's Update :

When trying to reboot with External Monitor connected, gives alloc magic is broken error.
Disconnecting the External Monitor's VGA cable boots up fine.

When connecting the external monitor after boot and after login, the
display takes a long time to appear in external display, Looks as if the
system is hanged up.

After login with external display, sometimes the Wirelss Network
Functionality is gone and I cannot see any Wireless Cards in the network
applet. Disabling and enabling network, does not do any good either and
does not show up the Wireless connections as being available.

A couple of hit and trail attempts with monitor connected, disconnected,
and then re-login shows up the Wifi Networks fine.

Overall GUI is slow after today's updates.

I was unable to switch back to Opensource Nvidia Driver. Previously I
could disable the Nvidia Proprietary driver and switch to open source
one, but now I can no longer do so.

If any more information is required, I can send details only after next
10 hours or so. Please let me know if there are any specific tests you
would want me to do.
