[Bug 1295379] Re: IDE drive via USB to IDE/SATA connector not being recognized

Added the requested details into description.

** Description changed:

In Ubuntu 13.10 and in 14.04 plugging in a IDE drive using a USB to
IDE/SATA connector no longer results in the drive being mounted or
  recognized.
+
+ 1. Steps I took:
+ a. Plugged in the IDE drive into a functioning USB slot and turned on (as usual).
+ b. Waited for at least 5 minutes (in the past usually mounts within 2 minutes).
+
+ 2. What I expected to happen:
+ Is expected to auto-mount or at least show up in nautilus (mounted or not).
+
+ 3. What did happen:
+ system reacts as it would be when its checking it out but ultimately does nothing about it. No mounting, nor does it seem to show up anywhere at all.
+
+ Notes: Older versions then even 13.04 (10.10 for example) still
+ recongize and mount it. So its not a hardware issue.
+
+ Edit: added in post sentence details as requested.
