[Bug 1318802] [NEW] Logitech K400 Keyboard lags

Public bug reported:

Unfortunately on the 3.13 kernel the USB wireless keyboard Logitech K400
is not working fine.

The mouse (touchpad) movement takes long time to accomplish: short move
by finger leads to ten times longer pointer movements.

Typing works fine only when typing slow, with pauses between keypresses. Otherwise keys get repeated:
Ubuntutut
Opeenenn
Sourcee

The kernel downgrade "solves" the problem. Kernel 3.4 goldfish with 14.04 brings K400 back alive.
It works fine with kernel version 3.4, it works also fine and out of the box with 12.04 Ubuntu.

I am ready to provide more info, if you explain me, how.
