Momchil Ignatov, as per http://download.lenovo.com/express/ddfm.html an update to your BIOS is available (1.21). If you update to this following https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BiosUpdate does it change anything?  If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Please note your current BIOS is already in the Bug Description, so
posting this on the old BIOS would not be helpful.

Bug description:
  I have been running in this desktop dual boot win 7 / ubuntu
  12.04;12.10;13.04. From 13.10 my wifi connection is very slow.
  upgraded to 14.04 - the problem exists. Changed the wifi router - same
  result. Did a fresh install of ubuntu 14.04 and again having wifi
  problem - connection slows down unexpectedly and the router
  disappears. Boot to windows 7 - and have no problem with the speed and
  connection.
