[Bug 1335272] [NEW] 3.13.0-30 fails to mount root on Vostro A860

The lates Linux Kernel 3.13.0-30 results in failure to mout root file
system. So I'm using 3.13.0-29 on each boot manually for now.

This occurs on a Dell Vostro A860.
