[Bug 1335451] [NEW] [Feature Request] Option in Update Manager to Keep Popups in Background

Public bug reported:

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.1 with default Unity, and I find the Update
Manager popups taking the focus away from what you're currently doing to
be very problematic for fullscreen gaming.

The popup will outright interrupt me while gaming. However, the worst
part is, once I minimize it, my game has often been changed to windowed
mode, and I therefore miss about 30 pixels along the bottom of the
screen (where chat messages often occur). It's usually at least one
minute before the game readjusts itself back to fullscreen, if at all.

I know you can disable Update Manager's popups altogether, but I do find
them useful. Otherwise I would never remember to check for updates
manually.

Sorry if this has already been addressed in Ubuntu 14.04.

Thank you.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
