[Bug 1348177] Re: 14.04 repeatedly reboots when booting from USB
Sorry, I'm not really sure how to do that but I don't think I can. The
system reboots before I have time to really do anything. I can open
terminal but it reboots after only a few seconds so I don't have time to
do anything. This is a new computer so I dont have any OS on it at the
moment. I am going to try to load 12.04 tonight.

Title:
14.04 repeatedly reboots when booting from USB
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
System:
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 board
AMD A10-5800K CPU
Team Elite 8GB 1600 RAM
Kingston SV300S37A/120G SSD
Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB HDD
This is a new build and I am trying to install Ubuntu for the first
time. When I boot from USB, it boots up normally and then reboots the
whole system after about 3-5 seconds. It seems to take longer to
reboot if I am moving the mouse around or using the keyboard, but even
then, I can only make it 3 screens into the install before it reboots.
