[Bug 1348177] [NEW] 14.04 repeatedly reboots when booting from USB

Public bug reported:

System:
  MSI FM2-A55M-E33 board
  AMD A10-5800K CPU
  Team Elite 8GB 1600 RAM
  Kingston SV300S37A/120G SSD
  Western Digital WD10EZEX 1TB HDD

This is a new build and I am trying to install Ubuntu for the first
time. When I boot from USB, it boots up normally and then reboots the
whole system after about 3-5 seconds. It seems to take longer to reboot
if I am moving the mouse around or using the keyboard, but even then, I
can only make it 3 screens into the install before it reboots.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
