[Bug 1355241] [NEW] usb mini.iso unclean installation

Public bug reported:

Have made a fresh utopic amd64 installation using an usb stick & the mini.iso (via multisystem)
http://www.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/utopic/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/
All has been done well, and when the install program warns about: "now the system need to reboot, please remove your cd/usb before rebooting. So i have done it.
That pc have several ubuntu installations, and grub-pc is installed into /dev/sda.

Here is the trouble i get each time i boot one of the OS in verbose
mode:

the boot process goes until it try to find the uuid of the usb stick
used to make the installation. I can bypass the loop hitting ctrl+esc,
then the boot process continue. I can't find where that uuid has been
saved. But if the installer had unmounted correctly the usb stick, i
should not now have that issue.

As i'm not sure about which package to blame, please change it if
necessary.
