[Bug 1356213] [NEW] package linux-image-3.13.0-33-generic (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 128

Public bug reported:

I was working in Chrome and system suddelny freezes. I could move my
mouse inside the window but could not get out of the borders. And system
was not responding to any clicks or any keybord buttons or shortcuts.

This happens a lot. Usually always when I work on linux at least once...
It is really annoying because only hard reboot helps.
