[Bug 1361745] [NEW] X240 Sierra LTE modem requires cdc_ncm prefer_mbim=Y

On a Lenovo X240, the Sierra EM7345 LTE modem (1199:a001) requires that
the cdc_ncm module be loaded with: prefer_mbim=Y before NetworkManager
sees it.
