Found the changes made during the upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04 for pae at
http://help.ubuntu.com/community/EnablingPAE  and re-applied them (makes
sense would need to) and the kernel update was correct.  You can close
this when you want.

Bug description:
  The upgrade from 12.04 to 14.04.1 had me make some changes to enable pae so the upgrade would run. Looked like these did not carry over to this kernel upgrade.
