Title:
Cannot adjust screen brightness
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
The screen brightness of the notebook cannot be adjusted and is stuck
in a super low brightness.. I can barely see.
This problem started last week and because I work with an external hdmi monitor most of the time it took me a while to notice it.
I am pretty positive it start after I installed the new hardware support a couple weeks ago.
The image on the external monitor is perfect.
hardware: dell xps 13
ubuntu 12.04 (up-to-date) and WITH the “New Hardware Support” installed.
What information should I provide to get help???
