[Bug 1379764] [NEW] System Hanged and Freeze

Public bug reported:

Normally I was experienced system hanged (sometime is freeze) more than 10 times because I opened up to 10 tabs in google-chrome.
But now I think this problem came from kernel because I was reduced my applications usage but sometime is still hang or freeze.
Ubuntu booted more than approx 30 second. And logged in approx 30 second.
But not mean my system is slow, I install 4 GB ram and system see 3.8 GB (normal) and Quad-CPU 1.8 GHz from Intel. And I did not used SSD. I Tweak my system by enable swap zram
Now my system was hang and freeze again. No things happen when press (Alt+Fn+PrntScr (Which is SysRQ button) + F).
I was press this to made system restart (Alt+Fn+PrntScr+R, E, I, S, U, B) and system was restarted.
I was config this to make system not be freeze but cannot.
/etc/sysctl.conf :
vm.swappiness=10
vm.oom_kill_allocating_task=0
vm.overcommit_memory=0
vm.overcommit_ratio=99
vm.laptop_mode=5
Which about VM of Kernel Config.
Before system freeze I found that my free ram space very low (Free Mem approx 180MB, Free Buffer/Cache approx 650MB)
