[Bug 1384535] Re: [Dell Inspiron 2350] Touchscreen response shifted with external monitor connected

This issue cannot be reproduced on a laptop with touchscreen, so I think it's the issue of this touchscreen

Title:
[Dell Inspiron 2350] Touchscreen response shifted with external
  monitor connected

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  CID: 201305-13670 Dell Inspiron 2350

When connected to a non-touch external monitor, the touchscreen on this system seems to be "shifted".
The cursor no longer jump to where you touch the screen, but it landed on the right side instead, see the attached picture for a click-and-drag result.
