[Bug 1387944] [NEW] Transition to bluez5

Public bug reported:

Please package bluez 5 for ubuntu vivid. It changes much of the API and
is required by projects such as gnome-bluetooth, bluedevil, and blueman.
Bluez 4 has been deprecated for some time, so fixes will only be
received in version 5 anyway.

The only components that need major work are ubuntu-only packages.
