This black mist sound like the brightness level comes up lower...

Bug description:
  Xubuntu 12.04 'precise' Beta 2

  On resuming from suspend using Xubuntu 12.04, the screen appears as is
  behind some form of black mist. Everything appears as normal behind,
  but it is impossible to remove the 'mist' without logging out and back
  in. In 5 resumes, the problem will typically appear 1-2 times.
