Title:
On Mellanox adapter, reboot under Bond mode loses interface

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This is reported at HP in their bug tracker as: QXCR1001386573

Symptom: Every time reboot under bonding mode in ubuntu14.04, the
interface eth0/eth2 disappeared, and only bond0 showed up. The
Mellanox driver needs to reload. Then the interfaces will appeared and
the bonding function is working fine.

HP CSI confirmed that the issue can be seen on Anders (m710) with two
Mellanox Firmware Version: 2.32.1092 and 2.32.5210. Also another
Cartridge - McDivitt (m400) has similar issue. Other Cartridge with
Intel NIC solution does not have this problem when doing bonding. Is
it possible that the issue is about Ubuntu & Mellanox compatibility
  problem?
