[Bug 1393038] [NEW] Keyboard doesn't work on Samsung NP350V5C-S08IN

Public bug reported:

Keyboard stops randomly, I was completely unaware of the cause at the
start but I think that this may be caused by using key combinations too
much (Generally happens when I am browsing and using Ctrl+click and
Ctrl+w to open and close tabs).

This happened before a few updates and stopped and started again after
the latest update.
