Seems ok for "Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS " - I tried "Safely Remove Drive" for
15 times, everything ok. (3.13.0-39-generic #66-Ubuntu SMP)

Bug description:
  Whenever I try to safely remove my Hard disk in Ubuntu 11.10 Then I encounter a black screen.
  It tells system panic occured and then nothing is working anymore and I need to power down the machine and boot again.
