[Bug 1407569] [NEW] [Dell Latitude 3340] Bluetooth cannot be controlled by the wilreless key

The wireless key cannot control the Bluetooth on this system.
Steps:
1. Install 14.04.1 + update, boot to desktop
2. Try to disable / enable the Bluetooth by using the wireless key
Actual result:
* before pressing the wireless key
ubuntu@201312-14381:~$ rfkill list

Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
2: dell-wifi: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no

* After pressing the wireless key, Wifi will be disabled, but the Bluetooth does not.
The BT applet won't be disabled. I could still run "Set up new devices..." from the menu.
hcitool scan from console still can find some other devices.
