Let's be less violent ok ;), I guess in those solution, only 
reinstalling Windows could do anything.

I guess we have to debug kicad directly on his machine...

let's make a try, please install mingw and wxwidgets, then build kicad 
from sources and try again.

if you still have the problem, then I'll try to debug it directly on 
your machine.
