Dick,
What is your problem about Erc and Pwr flag
Erc does not know anything about Pwr flag.
Pwr flag is just a component with a pin having the "Power Out"
electrical property, just like a regulator output.
This is a trick to avoid the "Power pin not driven" when no regulator
output drives a power net (or a ground net), i.e. when no Power Out fond
on a net which have a Power In pin connected.
(for instance when power comes from a connector)
