If I may intrude, there is a part of Kicad that needs a lot of clean-up

I have been using kicad for a short time now, in a few projects. IMHO an 
effort in cleaning-up small problems is highly needed. It could even get 
a bad reputation to kicad :(
If someone is willing to work on them, I am willing to report/test.
