Hi Guys,

Attached is a test-case gerber and a patch to sort out G02 and G03 arc
rendering in GerbView. At the moment there are a few problems with
both multiquadrant and single quadrant arcs. I have included the test
case gerber as it uses all scenarios to test the rendering. This bug
was mentioned on the kicad-users list, but is not present in the bug
tracker.

Tested on windows XP with the attached test case, also confirming it
results in the same output as Graphicode GC-Prevue, and tested with
the bug-reporter's original gerber that he was having problems with.
