In the gta02-core project, we're using KiCad heavily and in a
distributed manner. I've compiled a list of enhancements that would
be useful for our project. This list is mainly intended for people
who wish to contribute to the gta02-core project, but the
enhancements should of course benefit other KiCad users as well.

It's still incomplete, but should be a starting point. I hope none
of the items are overly controversial, but some might be. I'm
posting it here to keep you in sync with what we're up to and also
to solicit feedback.
