I've added support in eeschema and pcbnew for bezier curves, i think
this is enough to support some vectorial imports.
eeschema is able to draw and plot items with bezier curves.
pcbnew is able to draw and plot DRAWSEGMENTS with bezier curves.
I personally think that this could be enough to support who wants to
import vectorial formats, after that i could begin to experiment some
adaptation for libpotrace.
Indeed all the user interface to let the user to create with GUI
bezier curves is all to be implemented as is to be evaluated if is
good for kicad let users use them directly or if good keep them only
for imports from other formats.
I've attached a Gerber file for sample.
