Design rules problem

Hello:

I have been using the official version of Kicad, but yesterday I tried
the last SVN version.

If open the Design Rules Editor and clse without make any changes, you
receive an window error like "Errors detected, Abort".
The error in Design Rules Editor is:
Default: Via Drill>= Via Dia
Default: MicroVia Drill>= MicroVia Dia

Changing the default values do not correct the error.
