Gerbview example files for bugs

The attached two files render in gerbv, but erroneously in gerbview. SMD
pads and arcs are the problem. If I recall right arcs weren't supposed
to be working yet? Anyway, the examples show linear approximated arcs
and real arcs. Exported from TopoR Lite.
