First, welcome to Kicad development team. 

Thanks for your help and your feedback both. Your assessment of Kicad 
agrees with mine, without freerouter......., not good enough. But 
freerouter is there, so I don't have a problem with it, and I found a 
faster computer runs freerouter just fine. And like you, the push and 
shove manual routing is why I go there.


We look forward to more of your input to Kicad, especially new code.
