Hi Jean-Pierre,

I've solved the problems, cancel, undo works now. I've totally rewritten the arc dragging, now you can drag the start/end point and the outline. Was more work than I thought, had trouble with the original hit test - thus I've implemented it differently.

I'm wondering why there is a restriction of 180° arc angle? Larger arcs should be possible ..
