Feb10 Release. Drill size being checkes when defining SMD pads in module editor

While I am here, I might as well post the other issues!

The pad setting dialogue within the module editor is checking the drill size is less than the pad size, despite defining a SMD pad. 
I have to revert to a standard thru-hole pad, reduce drill size, then re-select SMD pads before I can close it.

This is obviously not a major headache, but I thought you might prefer to be told.
