No, it is not a typo. This is deliberate and it means "later", not 
"now". These strings are place holders which are substituted "later" 
using programmatic substitution rather than wxformbuilder input.

They do not have to be translated because they never appear anywhere. 
The strings are internationalized because wxformbuilder does not give us 
string by string control over whether each string is internationalized.

So ignore them, or use the English forms. They will never show on 
screen and are replaced with the return value of 
BOAR::Get{Copper?}LayerName()
