While I was trying to make new symbols in Library Editor according to SG I had a problem with "keep-out" and it looks like a bug for me.

Just try to open an existing resistor or draw a new box in LE, switch to small grid (2-5mils) and put your mouse cursor in the middle of left and right edge.

The left edge is drawn OK, but the right edge is shifted about 2~3 mils to the left. Please see attached file.

Could anyone confirm that?
