Please find attached a cumulative patch that includes patching the
eeschema options dialog to include default field name editing.

This is proof of concept, if it is acceptable, I will go away and tidy
the code if needed and in particular apply the GUI rules to the
changes I did to the eeschema options dialog.

I have tested this patch and it seems to work okay (on windows XP!)

If there are no flaming objections over the next week, I'll finalise
the patch next week. I could really do with this support for my
projects.

If anyone has other idea's/opinions, please let me know.
