Strange conditionnal test

Hi,

In eeschema/edit_component_in_schematic.cpp, at line 351 (stable version), 
there is a strange conditional test:

    if( !message.IsEmpty() && !message.IsEmpty() )

!message.IsEmpty() is twice, once should be probably enough ;-)
