Kicad snapshots again

Hello gentlemen,

Linux and source bzr snapshots will be now on http://kicad.picaxe.cz

The 1301.cz domain will expire on may 2012 and will not be prolonged.

Didn't found a way to crosscompile Windows package so for now it will beonly Linux and source.
