Patch to fix file opening on Mac OS X

Hi All

This patch fixes the implementation of "MacOpenFile( wxCommandEvent& event )" in kicad.cpp. The old implementation was flawed, in that it didn't open the file that was double clicked in Finder, but rather opened the last open project. I hope you find it useful.
