Minimum annulus size :D just got a board rejected for that :(

Quite easy to check, actually!

Another thing I'd like to see is detecting those 'artifact joints'
sometimes made when dragging or routing... I sometimes see 0 length
segments (or very short anyway) that hinder modifications... where these
the 'this look bad' warnings I've seen a lot of time ago?
