I would prefer that we keep all of the platform specific build scripts
in the source.  Keeping them in the source will prevent fragmentation
between cross platform builds and kicad-winbuilder builds.  The
kicad-windbuilder downloads the KiCad source so the latest and greatest
NSIS install scripts would be installed automatically as long as they
are maintained in the source repo.  One of the project goals is to
provide the best possible binary installer for each platform
irregardless of the build platform.  If you have NSIS installer
experience, your expertise would be greatly appreciated.
