Hi,

DRC check is saying that the a PAD isn't connect but it is connected. You
can see in the video what is happening:

To solve that DRC error I need to remove the bottom pad 49 on the IC1 that
was first add to make the bottom to look better, without that it looks

What is causing that DRC error?

PS: I than realize that I didn't need that pad and only need to change the
pad connection on each hole to solid to make it look good.
