I might be a bit biased here, but I would volunteer either the HackRF One design:

        https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/tree/master/hardware/hackrf-one

or the Daisho FPGA main board design:

        https://github.com/mossmann/daisho/tree/master/hw/main_board

Both are quite complex and demanding designs. I must admit, however, both were done before all the wonderful enhancements added to KiCad in the last year or so.

Both projects are quite open-source, so no need to get permission from the authors -- it's implicit in the license! :-)
