I was talking with Chris Gammell the other day, and he brought up a good
question:

How do you change the PCB layer color on OS X?

It looks like it's mapped to middle click on a little box.  Do we have
anything else that is exclusively middle click?  Could we/would we change
it to a right or left click?

This came up on the Users mailing list in March and didn't really have a
good resolution.
