OS X nightly autobuilder now has SKIP_BOOST set

Hi folks,

The OS X nightlies, as of tonight, will have SKIP_BOOST set, and will be
using a boost build from homebrew that was modified to work on OS X 10.7 or
later.

I just ran a short test and everything opened and seemed to work fine, but
it wasn't definitive by any means.
