msys2/mingw32 breakage.

A warning to all devs using msys2 on windows.  Do *not* upgrade your
system.  The mingw32 (i686) build of kicad will not run and there is no
error or warning from the OS even when run from the debugger other than
a wxwidgets assert in OnRun() showing a broken binary.  Everything
builds just fine but something is horribly broken.  I'm checking 64 bit
builds now.
