I was looking over the latest coverity scans and noticed that the
gerbview, kicad, and pagelayout_editor source folders were not included
in the analysis.  I just added them so expect a spike in findings on the
next scan.  I also notice that the idftools folder is not included.  Do
we want to add that as well?
