Hi devs!

In pcbnew there are two commands with two different definitions that seem
to do the same operation. Is there a reason for being called in a
slightly different way?

tools->Load netlist...

and the button called

"Read netlist"

the command dialogs (titled just "Netlist") seem to be the same but
perhaps somehow they do slightly different things ... you never know 
(I am not able to read the code, forgive me...)
