Mmm, you don't have to, but if you do I may poke if when a release is
made to notify that a new release is around the corner and it is a
good time to review translations.

Mm, that doc is just a braindump I made some time ago, I don't even
remember if it applies right now. I should probably be revised. I am
too tired to read it now.
