Library style and organization work RFC

Hello all,

The intent of this message is to get interested parties to say "Hi, I might do something" for making KiCad distribution
standard library a reality. KiCad distribution standard library would have unified style and organization up to details like
symbol pin lengths and line widths. Every arrowhead would also be of same shape and some of the predefined sizes
and angles. Placement of value and name labels would have a defined justification rules. The general idea is to make
a rule set how to get your component to the vetted distribution library and keep the look coherent for symbols from
various sources.

Style won't please everybody, but different objects of the symbol would have line style differences by default so that
the actual presentation would become a rendering time option if needed. Previous effort brought a lot of talk and some
results, but stuck waiting for other feature work and eventually forgotten. The current library has plenty of this and that, but would need some major restructuring and style unification. The last work name for the project was kicad-newlib [1] and I'd say that's from where to continue.
